I locked myself out of my apartment on Sunday, and in a matter of 20 minutes, the locksmith was here to open the door. Considering how expensive this can be in Paris it was a great option. 10/10

This guy in incredible! A friend locked herself out and he was here to help in 30 mins. We picked based on reviews and they lived up! He’s honest, he quoted us over the phone and didn’t over charge. Prices exactly as per his website. He was cautious to not damage the door and put everything back in place before leaving. Also provides a receipt you can use for insurance purposes. 10/10 reccomend.

He did an excellent job! He came very fast and also opened my door in 5 min. While I had called before another serrurier that almost destroyed my door, tried for almost 2 hours and said the only solution was to really destroyed the door to opened it. He did it without doing any damage and extremely fast. Thank God I didn't trust the other guy and called him instead.

Another very happy customer of Samuel. I stupidly shut the door and realized I’d left the key on the entry table. I called Open Close….Samuel picked up the phone immediately and said he could be with us in 30 minutes. He got to us in exactly 30 minutes, opened the door in about 25 seconds, and charged precisely what was listed on his business website - 90euros. Great service, nice guy. Very pleased to now have his contact details as locksmiths in general have a bad reputation. This guy is gold!

I had a door that locked while he key was inside as I left on vacation. I emailed Samuel the day before I came back and right away was able to set a time to have the door opened. Samuel was on time, able to open the door within 5 minutes at a very good price! I am very happy that something I have heard horror stories about in Paris was so pain-free and easy in the end. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a locksmith. Maryia
